Shave , oops Save Tigers

( This is a totally fictional story and not related to any living, dead person nor related to any organization) :)

This is a story from the late 70's.

One day Government of ***** and forest department suddenly realized that population of tigers is declining and they must do something to save tigers. So, they send a notice to all the state governments and state forest departments - Save Tigers.

After few years number of tigers declined rapidly, government was astonished while looking at the figures.

Then after few years, tiger population went in the ' rare and most protected animal' list, still the number was declining.

One day a senior babu found a old circular in a old file, circulated before many years when save tiger project started. On the paper it was written- 'Shave Tiger'.

He ordered a probe and after a detailed inquiry, all the forest department officers replied to him:

'It was not possible to shave a living tiger and as we do not have tranquilizer guns, we shot the tigers and then shaved them ( Including females). We gave the skin , bones and nails to the poachers and illegal hunters to reduce their efforts'.

AND government got the answer to the question: why the numbers of tigers is reducing?

Moral of story: I am just trying to prove how that forest department is innocent, how illegal hunters are also innocent.

It is a fault of tigers that they got a very beautiful skin. it is their foult that some idiot people think that bones, internal organs and nails of tiger are helpful to improve the sex power. So what tiger can do? Tigers must learn to manufactur the guns and shoot at the men if they want to live on earth.

I will request do not blame to the hunters for killing the tigers, do not blame to the government who is announcing big skims with big money involved to save the jungles and animals but nothing is happening, do not blame to the babu log for using that money for their own benefits, do not blame the rules which can be bent as required, do not blame the politicians for doing nothing and helping the wood mafias and hunters.

Please just seat still and watch how one day species of tiger will get vanished from the earth like Tasmanian tiger and Dodo.

Then people will show the photos and old video clips of tigers to their children and grandchildren.
They will tell the stories of how the animal 'Tiger' was and what was the' jungle thing'.

So lets say: 'Shave Tiger'

    Very true ' The Thinker'.

    It is mentality of many of the people to ignore all the serious issues going around them, until it hits hard on them and to their family. It is like if neighbor's home is burning, let it burn, what i can do? i will do something when the flames will start to burn my house.

Fort Dhodap

  Fort Dhodap from Hatti Village Trek to Fort Dhodap : 10th January 2021    Fort Dhodap is the third highest fort in Maharashtra. (4829 ft ). It is one of the most important fort in Nashik district. It is located at a very strategic location and can keep eye on huge area and neighbouring forts. We started our trek from hatti village side at 10 am around. Humid and hot atmosphere started showing its effect.    First Gate Marathi Inscriptions   There was a big road to climb on the fort which used to call as Rajmarg. A fort on the boundary of Maratha Empire and Mughals in the era of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Koli King of Jawahar, Marathas and Mughals had owned it. No actual history available.    It his having destroyed Bastion's and walls. 2 water tanks and 1 well. 2 destroyed canons. It is having strategic important location to keep control on the old trading routes. Beautiful surrounding and views. Peth and Harsul are Kashmir of Maharashtra but with very bad and narrow roads.
